A question that most candidates are asked at their job interview: “What are your weaknesses?” It’s the question most candidates are asked at least once during a job interview. Here, the employer wants to hear specific examples in your answer. To make matters worse, some employers now require you to also give them up to 3 weaknesses.

Examples for a job interview:
Candidate without leadership
Here’s an example: you’re good at working with people, or that you’re more comfortable working with people than with systems. This is a good example of an answer because you have good interpersonal skills, but you may not be as good at working with IT systems as with people.
Graduate with management
In the last example, let’s assume that you are a good problem solver, or that you can make things work even when you don’t know how to make things work. You may be a natural leader who is excellent at getting everyone motivated to do what needs to be done. A leader can tolerate having some weaknesses too. This position may require a lot of follow up, so highlight any weaknesses you have in dealing with follow-up calls, phone calls, emails, etc.
