Job interview what should I ask?

There are three types of questions you should ask the interviewer.

The first is: What made you apply for this position?

This question will reveal a lot about you and your motivation for applying for the job. This question can also reveal other things, such as your weaknesses, your special skills and how well you will fit into the team.

The second question you should ask the interviewer is: How did you find out about the job?

Even if you’ve applied for dozens of jobs in the past without getting any interviews, that doesn’t mean you’re not qualified for the job. Sometimes the hiring manager will tell you how you relate to a particular job. If you haven’t applied for that job, ask them about the job you’re interested in. Even if they say you are perfect for the job, you may still have better qualifications for the position than the person who was interviewed.

The third question you should ask the interviewer is about the job description.

Many people are unsure of what exactly the job entails. You need to find out what the responsibilities are and what skills you need to perform those tasks. Finally, ask what benefits the company offers. Many companies offer perks such as paid lunch.

You should have some good questions ready for the interviewer when he/she asks them. Remember that you only get one chance to make an impression on the employer. Therefore, it is in your best interest to be prepared and ready with good questions.
